Any time I’ve spent on Cloud Nine was because of you. Thanks.

Learning to make smarter relationship choices.

Being smart at anything means that you have to get uncomfortable.

Being relationship smart means at times you will make mistakes & errors in judgment but in being conscious about you & your interactions, you adapt your behavior & learn from it, instead of repeating it & hoping it’ll work itself out without you getting uncomfortable.

Consistency is key in a relationship.

Everything is contextual in relationships so anything that you think about someone needs to be related back to the context of you and the relationship - e.g There’s no point in saying how kind they are to others if it’s not a quality that you get to experience.

Worry-Wort.

Life only appears complicated when one is worrying.  Relax, and life becomes simple again.

Life should NEVER revolve around just one person-A lesson I will bring with me into 2011.

Have a life. Don’t be one of those people that ‘disappears’ every time they’re in a relationship. You’ve met someone - Should that mean other areas of your life cease being important? Don’t neglect friends, family, interests, or even work just because you’ve met someone & are getting a bit of action. Not making your partner your source of everything makes you personally secure, avoids codependency & gives balance.

How to be happy.

The key to happiness is not to have what you want but to want what you have.

You can not find happiness by chasing after it. Happiness comes from doing what you love to do, and from being who you truly are.
